The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through the “Request a brief” form. That is:
When the form is submitted, our system also records the approximate country the request came from and basic technical information (such as your browser type), which helps us understand and secure inbound requests.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. The site does not run third-party analytics that profile you across other websites.
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if relevant, to discuss whether RipenOS is a fit for your operation. Our lawful basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiate, and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before any agreement.
Submissions are stored in a private database hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and are accessible only to us. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-oriented tool that helps prevent automated abuse. Notifications of new submissions are delivered to us by email and a private messaging channel.
RipenOS does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and operational. Because these are essential to the service and are not used to track you across other sites, they do not require consent under most frameworks. If this changes, we will update this page and add a consent notice.
We keep submissions only as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Depending on where you live — including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and parts of the United States — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
